Shipping Policy


We offer ground shipping for all orders within Canada and the USA!

Our shipping time frames depend on where you are located. All orders are processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday it will most likely not be processed until the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting the standard or express shipping option. For some areas outside of Canada and the USA, delivery can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, At Home etc. is not responsible for lost / stolen orders. After your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping details via email.

Note that personalized or custom orders take 7 to 10 business days to create before they can be shipped.

Most of our products ship from Ottawa , Ontario. Some of our products ship directly from our suppliers and these products are clearly marked on the product page.


Shipments sent outside of Canada are sold exclusive of tax and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of customs charges please consult your own customs authority for rates.

All charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the charges and unfortunately we are unable to predict.



Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Policy

We are proud to offer a 14 Day Return Policy on all purchases. If you purchase a product and don't like it, you have 14 days to arrange a return. Customers wishing to return an item(s) need to "Contact Us" with their order number. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. To arrange a return please complete the form here "Contact Us" with your order number and reason for the return. We will email you a RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number and details on where to send the returned item(s). At Home etc will not cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). If the item(s) are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don't receive.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • All personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
